Advent Carol Service 2001

Order of Service

 

The congregation remains seated as the Choir enters through the West Door and assembles along the West end of the nave. The church is in near darkness.

 

READING ONE: Zecharja 9: 9-10

Read by a minister, from the West end of the church

A minister brings in a light:

Minister: Jesus Christ is the Light of the world

ALL: A light no darkness can quench

The Choir candles are lit and the Introit is sung
